During this time of social isolation, managing stress and finding ways to have a positive mindset are essential to a healthy outcome for you, the people you care about, and the greater community. Mindfulness is a powerful tool that will help you reduce stress, increase your capacity to cope, and remain in the present. Managaing stress and anxiety is important to all of our well-being and OLPL is here to help with that!
